God has blessed His prophet with plenty
- Indeed, we have given you (Muhammad) the abundance (108:1).
Note: What God has given him has been spelled out in 93:6-8: He has found him orphan but He had given him home. He has found him astray but He had guided him, while He has found him poor but He had made him rich.
God has advised prophet how he should be grateful to Him
- So, you shall pray to your Lord and shall sacrifice (yourself) (108:2). Indeed, your enemy – he will be the loser (108:3).
Note: Thus, he should establish the salat prayer and sacrifice his life in the path of God to be grateful to Him, while his Lord will protect him from his opponent.
Surah al-Kawthar (The Abundance) is a short surah consisting of 3 straightforward verses, in which God has informed His prophet that he has been blessed with plenty and that he should establish the salat prayer to remember His Lord and sacrifice his life to be grateful to His Lord for whatever He has given him, while whoever is his enemy will be loser.
Peaceful Friday, salaam and God bless.
