19 being a common denominator of the Quran’s mathematical system (74:30) as well as the miracle being the proof of the messenger destined to unveil the code of the Quran (74:35) are known to us for more than 40 years. But it is a reminder (74:31) for the world to bring people back to God’s revelations (Quran) providing physical proofs (27:82) has not got much attention to many of us. However, the concept of mathematical coding of the Quran was delivered by God’s messenger supported by the sign 19 (74:30) in 1974 providing basic proofs from the Quran by His leave while the messenger is prophesied in the Quran (3:81 and 33:7) along with the fulfillment of the related prophecies in the Quran (15:9 and 27:82). Even, many among the traditional Muslims who accept the Quran’s mathematical system but reject the messenger because of their erroneous concept of God’s prophet and messenger sent to humanity as well as failing to focus on the message in the famous verse (33:40) that what was given to Muhammad is a God’s messenger and a seal of the prophets except to focus on him to be the final prophet. Thus, the Quran being the final edition of God’s scripture remained hidden from many Muslims around the world including the people of other faiths, who are being deprived of God’s mercy as well as to purify them through appropriate beliefs and perfect practices of religious rites given by God to be the winners in the Hereafter.
19 is a numeric attribute of God
God has many attributes we are familiar with including One as His numeric attribute. The Arabic counterpart of One is “Waheed” and its gematrical value (in pronunciation) is 19 (wa -> 6, tashkeel alif -> 1, ha -> 8, daal -> 4 => 6 + 1 + 8 + 4 = 19). Hence, One (1) and Nineteen (19) are two numeric attributes of God and both One and Nineteen are odd prime numbers. He is the One whom we praise and glorify for our forgiveness to be the winners in the Hereafter while 19 is His special attribute that represents His presence upon His certain creations to reflect to strengthen our beliefs and to perfect our practices. In addition, it has been mentioned in the Quran that God is the First and the Last (57:3) and He is 19 if we think of the first number, which is 1 representing Him to be the First and the last number which is 9 representing Him to be the Last of the 10-base number system.
[57:3] He is the First (al-awalu) and the Last (wal-aakhiru), the Evident and the Hidden, and He is Knower of everything.
Even if all the odd prime numbers from 1 to 19 is added, the sum is a multiple of 19 => 76 = 19x4 and the sum of those from 1 to 100 is also a multiple of 19 => 988 = 19x52 as shown in the table:
Note: This mathematical proof confirms the divine stamp in the 10-base (Arabic-Indian) number system as well while both 1 and 19 are two odd prime numbers are attributes of God.
19 is a divine stamp in the universe
19 is not only an attribute of God but also a divine stamp, which appears throughout the universe including its creation as well as in certain natural phenomena. There are many verses in the Quran dealing with the creation of the universe while God has specifically mentioned that He created the heavens and the earth, and what is between them in six days, and established Himself on the throne, found in the following verses of the Quran to understand His presence around us even we do not see Him with our vision:
[7:54] Indeed, your Lord is God who has created the heavens and the earth in six days (fee sittati ayyaamin), then He established Himself upon the throne. He makes the night cover the day, pursuing it rapidly; and the sun and the moon and the stars are all subjected by His command; to Him is the creation and the command. Blessed is God, the Lord of the world.
[10:3] Indeed, your Lord is God who has created the heavens and the earth in six days (fee sittati ayyaamin), then He has established Himself upon the throne to manage all affairs. There is no intercessor except by His leave. That is God, your Lord, so worship Him. Then will you not remember?
[11:7] And He is One who has created the heavens and the earth in six days (fee sittati ayyaamin), and His dominion was upon the water (the earth covered with 71% water) that He might test you among you who have the best works. And when you say: “Indeed, you will be resurrected after the death,” surely, those who disbelieved would say: “This is not but clear magic!”
Note: Water is associated with the earth to indicate the existence of human being on earth only.
[25:59] One who has created the heavens and the earth and what is between them in six days (fee sittati ayyaamin), then He has established Himself upon the throne. The Most Gracious, so ask about Him who is Cognizant.
[32:4] God is One who has created the heavens and the earth, and whatever is between them in six days (fee sittati ayyaamin), then He established Himself upon the throne. You have not a protector beside Him, nor an intercessor. Then will you not take heed?
[50:38] And we have created the heavens and the earth, and what is between them in six days (fee sittati ayyaamin), and no fatigue touched us.
[57:4] He is One who has created the heavens and the earth in six days (fee sittati ayyaamin), then He established Himself upon the throne. He knows what enters into the earth and what comes out of it, and what descends from the heaven and what ascends therein, and He is with you wherever you are. And God is Seer of what you do.
Mathematical confirmation
There are 7 verses across 7 surahs in the Quran dealing with the creation of the heavens and the earth, and what is between them in six days while the 7 is a very significant number as per God is our concern as we know that surah 1 (al-Faatihah – the Key) given us as our specific words consists of 7 verses and the great night in which the entire Quran was placed into Muhammad’s soul has been mentioned 7 times in the 7 verses of the Quran. However, if the relevant verse and surah numbers are added, the total is a multiple of 19 => 361 = 19x19 (see details in the table below):
Note: This mathematical confirmation is a physical fact that God does exist and He has created the universe and He runs it including what is in the heavens and the earth as well as what is in between them. This confirmation is also an explicit proof of the famous statement: “Mathematics is the language with which God created the universe.” made by Galileo, the father of modern science.
In addition, this divine stamp also appears in the universe in much the same manner but the following are just cited as examples:
1. The sun, the moon, and the earth become aligned in the same relative positions once every 19 years => 19x1.
2. Halley’s comet, a profound heavenly phenomenon, visits our solar system every 76 years =>, 19x4.
3. It is the manifested fact that the human body consists of 209 bones => 19x11.
4. The women’s full pregnancy period is 266 days => 19x14 or 38 weeks => 19x2.
19-based mathematical coding of Quran is a reminder
The Quran is a reminder for the world (12:104, 38:87, 68:52 and 81:27), and so is its 19-based mathematical coding (74:31). It is a divine plan when and how the coding of the Quran is to be unveiled. Then God will choose one among His servants and will inspire him to unveil it at the appropriate time (27:82). He will provide him with all kinds of support as needed for taking all of his initiatives and efforts to make it happen (74:11-14), and thus, His prophecies are to be fulfilled with the unveiling of the mathematical coding of the Quran. We know from the Quran that the sign and the message given to any messenger is the best way to recognize him (7:75). However, both the messenger and the message are precisely defined in the Quran, which has got less attention of many people when the fulfillment does occur.
- 19 is a sign to support the messenger
God has made a covenant with the prophets that He will send a messenger after the delivery of all the scripture, which has been placed in every scripture (3:81 including the Quran 33:7) to bring people back to His revelations through producing a creature from the earth that will speak to them that they are not certain about His revelations (27:82). He has also promised to preserve the revealed Quran (15:9) that helps humanity to perfect their beliefs and practices when there are disgrace and deviation. However, the mathematical coding of the Quran has been unveiled in 1974 through a messenger of God by His leave upon fulfillment of the covenant and the related prophecies and promise in the Quran. The verses of the covenant and the related prophecies and the promise connected with the unveiling of the Quran’s code are detailed out according to the order of revelation of the Quran:
[74:30] Over it is nineteen
Note: 19 mentioned in the verse is a prophetic sign for the messenger associated with the fulfillment of the covenant.
[27:82] And when has fulfilled the punishment upon them, we have brought forth for them a creature from the earth, speaks to them that the people have been with our revelations do not ascertain.
Note: The prophecy in the Quran to produce a creature from the earth for authenticity of the Quran to bring people back to the Quran when the majority people are away from God’s revelations.
[15:9] Indeed, we have sent down the reminder (Quran), and indeed, we will certainly be protectors of it.
Note: The divine promise to protect the Quran from any distortions is directly connected to the unveiling of the Quran’s code, which also serves as an evidence to avoid the myth around the traditional Muslim arena that the invisible force will come down to protect it when any extraneous materials are attempted to inject into it.
[3:81] And when God has taken a covenant of the prophets: “certainly whatever I have given you of the scripture and wisdom, then has come to you a messenger confirming that which is with yourselves. You must believe in him and must support him.” He said: “Have you affirmed and taken My covenant on that?” They said: “We have affirmed.” He said: “Then you shall bear witness, and I am with you among the witnesses.”
Note: God’s covenant with the prophets to send a messenger after the delivery of all the scripture placed in every scripture has been confirmed in the Quran being the final edition of God’s scripture.
[33:7] And when we have taken their covenant from the prophets, and from you (Muhammad), and from Noah, Abraham, Moses, and Jesus, son of Mary, and we have taken a solemn covenant from them.
Note: Here are references of 5 scriptures wherein the covenant of the prophets has been placed including the Quran given to Muhammad and also the scripture given to Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, son of Mary.

The concept of mathematical coding of Quran is around us for a while but the message sent with the messenger is not fully understood by many of us for lack of clarity. It has been pointed to several verses associating with the Arabic word, dhik’r in the Quran without providing any clear evidences. In fact, the message given to the messenger has been spelled out in (74:30-37) including message name (mathematical coding of Quran), a code (common denominator), a prophetic sign, a reminder for the human race, oath of God confirming a reminder, defining 19 as a sign to indicate code and prophetic sign and the message being a warning for the human race to guide it to the right path of whoever wishes to advance to stay behind are described below:
[74:30] Over it is nineteen.
Note: A hint of mathematical coding of the Quran, and 19 is a code or common denominator as well as a prophetic sign to support the messenger destined to unveil the mathematical coding of the Quran by God’s leave.
[74:31] And we have not made guardians of the Fire except angels, and we have not made their number except a warning for those who disbelieved, that may ascertain those who have been given the scripture (Jews and Christians) and may increase faith of those who have believed (Muslims), and may not doubt those who have been given the scripture (Jews and Christians) and the believers (Muslims). And that may say those in their hearts there is a disease (hypocrites) and the disbelievers, “What did God mean by this allegory?” Thus, God misguides whomever He wills and He guides whomever He wills. And none knows your Lord’s soldiers except He. And it is not except a reminder for the human race.
Note: Both it (hiya) and a reminder (dhik’raa) in the last phrase of the verse are in the feminine form. According to the basic Arabic grammar rule, masculinity is by default and for femininity, it has to be something special to reflect this gender confirms the message in the last phrase to be the reminder for the human race.
[74:32-34] Nay, (I swear) by the moon. And the night when it has departed. And the morning when it has brightened.
Note: This is an oath of God consisting of 3 elements to strengthen our hearts to reflect on the reminder mentioned in (74:31).
[74:35] Indeed, it is surely one of the great (reminders).
Note: The reminder as mentioned in (74:31) is also confirmed being the sum of the digits of surah and verse # of 74:35 is 19 [7 + 4 + 3 + 5], while 19 being a sign can be understood to have multiple roles as well.
[74:36-37] A warning for the human race. For whoever has willed among you to advance or to stay behind.
Note: The reminder as mentioned in 74:31 is also a warning whether it is accepted or rejected when it comes to them.
Mathematical confirmation
The message of the mathematical coding of Quran is detailed out in 8 verses of surah 74 in the Quran. If the relevant surah and verse number are added, the sum is a multiple of 19 => 342 = 19 x 19 as shown in the table below:
Note: This is a mathematical confirmation of both the message and a sign for the messenger precisely coded in a particular set of verses in the Quran. This confirmation is also an exact answer for the common question of many around us if the messenger has come to us what is the message sent with him.
Conclusion
19 is an attribute of God, which appears as divine stamp throughout the universe including its creation as well as in certain natural phenomena. The divine stamp appears in the statements made by God in the Quran that He created the heavens and the earth, and what is between them in six days, and established Himself on the throne, which has a great importance for us to do for our soul to ensure our return to the right place even though we are not given vision to see Him (6:103).
God has taken a covenant from the prophets placed in every scripture including the Quran: (1) a messenger will come to confirm the delivery of all the scripture (3:81 and 33:7), (2) producing a creature from the earth that will speak to people to bring them back to His revelations when they are not certain about His revelations (27:82) and (3) He has sent down the reminder (Quran) and He will preserve it (15:9). However, the mathematical coding of Quran has been unveiled in 1974 through a messenger of God by His leave upon fulfillment of the covenant and the related prophecies and promise in the Quran supported by the sign 19 mentioned in the verse (74:30), which has got less attention of many people around the world due to their ignorance and arrogance.
The 19-based mathematical coding of the Quran is a reminder for the human race, which is the message given to the messenger is very clear now leaving no room of ignoring it except to put his/her own hand into fire. However, the message given to the messenger is clearly specified in the Quran (74:30-37) including the code 19, oath of God and warning. This reminder is a mercy of God like Quran to help the generation of people as well as the generation after to perfect their beliefs and practices when there are disgrace and deviation in humanity, which is obvious to many of us.
The message given to the messenger and the messenger who delivered the message by God’s leave are clarified in the Quran having explicit proof. Now those who have trust in God and His words should accept and focus on the message to prepare them through appropriate beliefs and accurate practices prescribed by God to be the winners in the Hereafter. It is not a surprise for us that the prophet was given the Quran as the message and the sign to support him more than 1400 years ago (29:50-51) while the messenger who delivered the mathematical coding of Quran given as the message and its code to support him more than 40 years ago (74:30) to bring people back to His revelations (Quran).
Thus, the most significant aspects that we have learned from this study are: (1) 19 is an attribute of God, found as divine stamp in His creation, in certain natural phenomena and even in the universally accepted number system, (2) the message and the sign given to any messenger is a means to recognize a particular messenger chosen by God for a particular generation of people, (3) advent of a messenger upon fulfillment of certain promise and prophecies made by God in the Quran, (4) 19-based mathematical coding of Quran is a reminder for the world, (5) the reminder is a precise message is unveiled by the God’s messenger supported by the sign 19 and (6) Quran is a reminder for the world, so is its mathematical coding to guide humanity to the right direction when a terrible disaster is approaching.
