[10:24] Indeed, an analogy of the life of the world is like water we have sent down it from the sky (innamaa mathalu al-hayati al-dun’yaa ka-maain anzalnaahu mina al-samaai), then plants of the earth have absorbed of it from which the people and the animals eat until when the earth has taken its adornment and has beautified, while its people have thought that they have power over it, our command has come to it by night or by day that we have made it as if it did not flourish yesterday. Thus that we explain the revelations for a people to reflect.

[10:59] Say, “Have you seen what God has sent down of provision for you (a-ra-ay’tum maa anzala allahu lakum min riz’qin), then you have made from it unlawful and lawful?” Say, “Has God permitted you, or you invent (lies) about God?”

[10:94] So if you (Muhammad) have been in doubt of what we have sent down to you (fa-in kunta fee shakkin mimmaa anzalnaa ilayka), then you shall ask those who read the scripture before yourself. Certainly, the truth has come to you from your Lord. So do not be with the doubters.

[11:12] So you may be one of giving up a part of what is inspired to you and being straightened one of your breast with it that they say, “Why has not been sent down a treasure to him (lawlaa unzila `alayhi kanjun), or an angel has not come with him?” You are only a warner and God is an Guardian over everything.

[11:14] So if they do not respond to you, then you shall know that it has been sent down with God’s knowledge (fa-i`lamuu annamaa unzila bi-`il’mi allahi) and that there is no god except He. Then would you be Submitters?

[13:17] He has sent down water from the sky (anzala mina al-samaai maa-an), so has flowed the valleys with their measure, then the inundation has carried a rising foam. And from what they heat it in the fire for making ornaments or utensils, a foam like of it. Thus that God sets forth the truth and the falsehood. Then as for the foam that it passes away as scum, as for what benefits the people that it remains in the earth. Thus that God sets forth the analogies.

[13:19] Then does he whoever know that what has been sent down to you (Muhammad) from your Lord is the truth (a-fa-man ya`lamu annamaa unzila ilayka min rabbika al haqqu) like whoever he is blind? Only a people of the understanding take heed.

[13:27] And say those who have disbelieved, “Why has not been sent down a miracle to him (Muhammad) from his Lord (lawlaa unzila `alayhi aayatun min rabbihi)?” Say, “Indeed, God lets go astray whomever He wills, while He guides to Himself whoever has turned (to Him).”

In brief, details from 48 instances of anzala in 47 verses in the Quran across 15 surahs confirm that God has sent down Quran in Arabic to understand, which has clear verses that He guides whomever He wills. He has sent down the scripture with His knowledge that whoever may wish to be Submitter (Muslim) to Him. He has sent down a blessed scripture to His servant, which is also a blessed reminder. He has sent down  a scripture to mankind wherein there is remembrance for them. But those who had disbelieved in what has been sent down to His servant wished to see miracles to send down with him as well as a treasure and angel, while God has sent down a scripture to bring people out of the darkness to the light. However, God has mentioned an analogy between sending down of water from the sky to give life to a dead land and sending down of a scripture from Him to bring people out of the darkness to the light for their successful return to Him if they can reflect to that.
Peaceful Friday, salaam and God bless.
