There are 277 instances of jaa-a (جَآءَ) in verb form meaning “to come” in the Quran excluding the instance in the verse, 9:128 which does not belong to the purified Quran. Here are 52 instances of jaa-a found in 51 verses across 13 surahs in the Quran are detailed out below:

[12:16] And they (step brothers of Yousuf) had come to their father weeping at evening (wa-jaa-uu abaahum ishaa-an yab’kuuna).

[12:18] And they had come with false blood on his shirt (wa-jaa-uu `alaa qameesihi bi-damin kadhibin). He said, “Nay, there has enticed yourselves a matter for you that patience is better. And God is the One who is sought for help about what you describe.”

[12:19] And there had come a caravan (wa-jaa-at sayyaaratun), then they had sent their water drawer, so he had put down his bucket. He said, “There is a good news, this is boy.” And they had hidden him as a merchandise, while God is Knower of what they do.

[12:50] And the king said, “Come to me with him.” Then when there had come to him (Yousuf) the messenger (falammaa jaa-ahu al-rasuulu), he said, “Go back to your lord (king) and ask him what is about the women who had cut their hands. Indeed, My Lord is Knower of their plot.”

[12:58] And there had come Yusuf’s brothers (wa-jaa-a ikh’watu yuusufa), then they entered upon him; he had recognized them, while they were not knowers of him.

[12:72] They said, “We miss a cup of the king. And for whoever had come with it (wa-li’man jaa-a bihi), there is a camel load, and I am responsible of it.”

[12:73] They said, “By God, certainly you have known we have not come to cause corruption in the land (maa ji’naa li’nuf’sida fee al-ardi), nor have we been thieves.”

[12:88] Then when they had entered upon him, they said, “O you the honorable, there has touched us and our family the adversity, and we have come with little valued goods (wa-ji’naa bi-bidaa`atin muz’jaatin), then pay full the measure to us and be charitable to us. Indeed, God rewards the charitable.”

[12:96] Then when that the bearer of good news had reached (fa-lammaa an jaa-a al-basheeru), he had thrown it on his face, then vision had returned. He said, “Did not I say to you; indeed, I know from God what you do not know?”

[12:100] And he had raised his parents upon the throne, and they fell down as prostrators to him. And he said, “O my father, this is an interpretation of my dream before. Certainly, my Lord has made it truth, and certainly, He has been good with me, when He had taken me out of the prison and has brought with you from the desert (wa-jaa-a bikum mina al-badwi) after that the Satan had caused discord between me and my brothers. Indeed, my Lord is Benignant to what He wills. Indeed, He is the Knower, the Wise.”

[12:110] Until when there had given up hope the messengers and had thought that they had certainly been denied, had come to them our help (annahum qad khudhibuu jaa-ahum nasrunaa), thus there had been saved whomever we will, while our punishment cannot be repelled from the  people are the criminals.

[13:37] And thus that we have sent down it an Arabic directive; and surely, if you (Muhammad) have followed their desires after what has come to you of the knowledge (wa-la-in ittaba`ta ah’waa-ahum ba`da maa jaa-aka mina al-`il’mi), there is no protector for you against God, nor is there any advocate.

[14:9] Does not come to you a news of those who were before yourselves – the people of Noah, and Aad, and Thamud, and those who were after of them? None knows them except God. There had come to them their messengers with the clear proofs (jaa-at’hum rusuluhum bil-bayyinaati), then they had turned back having their hands in their mouth and said, “Indeed, we have disbelieved in what you have been sent with it, and indeed, we are surely in doubt about what you invite us to it being distrustful.”

[15:61] Then when there had come the sent ones (angels) to a family (people) of Lut (fa-lammaa jaa-a aala luutin al-mur’saluuna).

[15:63] They (the sent ones) said, “Nay, we have come to you (Lut) with what they have done in it to dispute (bal ji’naaka bimaa kaanuu feehi yamtaruuna).

[15:67] And there had come the people of the city rejoicing (wa-jaa-a ahlu al-madeenati yastabhashiruuna).

[16:61] And if God were to seize the people for their wrongdoing, He would not have left any creature on it, but He defers them for an appointed term. Then when there has come their term (fa-idhaa jaa-a ajaluhum), they cannot remain behind an hour, nor can they advance.

[16:89] And a day we will raise a witness in every community over them from themselves, and we have brought of you (Muhammad) a witness over these people (wa-ji’naa bika shaheedan `alaa haaulaai), and we have sent down to you the scripture is a clarification of everything, and a guidance, and mercy, and good news for the Submitters.

[16:113] And certainly, there had come to them a messenger from them (wa-laqad jaa-ahum rasuulun minhum), but they have denied him; so, the punishment had seized them, while they were wrongdoers.

[17:5] So, when there had come a first promise of the two (fa-idhaa jaa-a wa`du uulaahumaa), we had raised against you servants of ours having great might, even they had entered inside of the homes, and it has been a promise which had been fulfilled.

[17:7] If you have done good, you have done good for your souls, and if you have done evil, so is for them (your souls). Then when there had come the second promise (fa-idhaa jaa-a wa`du al-aakhirati) to sadden your faces, and to enter the Masjid as that they had done the first time, and to destroy destroying of what they (you) had raised up.

[17:81] And say (Muhammad): “The truth has come (jaa-a al-haqqu) and the falsehood has perished. Indeed, the falsehood has been to perish.

[17:94] And what has prevented the people to believe when there has come to them the guidance (idhaa jaa-ahumu al-huda), except that they have said: “Has God sent a human messenger?”

[17:101] And certainly, we had given Moses nine clear signs. So you shall ask the Children of Israel, when he had come to them (idh jaa-ahum), then Pharaoh said to him: “Indeed, I surely think that you Moses is a bewitched.

[17:104] And we had said to the Children of Israel after him (Pharaoh): “Dwell in the land, then when there has come a promise of the Hereafter (fa-idhaa jaa-a wa`du al-aakhirati), we have brought a mixed crowd with you (ji’naa bikum lafeefan).

[18:48] They will be gathered before your Lord in a row. Certainly, you have come to us as that (individual) we have created you first time (laqad ji’tumuunaa kamaa khalaq’naakum awwala mirratin). Nay, you have claimed that we do not make any appointment for you.

[18:55] What has prevented the people from believing when there has come to them the guidance (idh jaa-ahumu al-huda), and from asking forgiveness of their Lord, except that there brings to them a way of the earlier people, or there brings to them the punishment before?

[18:71] Then they had set out until when they had boarded on a ship; he (a servant of God) had made a hole in it. He (Moses) said, “Have you made a hole in it to drown its people? Certainly, you have occurred a terrible thing (laqad ji’ta shayan im’ran).”

[18:74] Then they had set out until when they had met a young boy, then he had killed him. He said, “Have you killed an innocent person of not (killing) a person? Certainly, you have committed an evil thing (laqad ji’ta shayan nuk’ran).”

[18:98] He said, “This is a mercy from my Lord. Then when there has come a promise of my Lord (fa-idhaa jaa-a wa’du rabbi-i), He has made it crumble, and a promise of my Lord is truth.”

[18:109] Say, “If the ocean had been ink for my Lord’s words, surely, the ocean would have run out before that my Lord’s words would run out, even if we had brought with like of it as (ink) supplement (wa-law ji’naa bi-mith’lihi madadan).”

[19:23] Then the birth process had come to her (Mary) by a trunk of the date palm (fa-ajaa-ahaa al-makhaadu ilaa jidh’`i al-nakh’lati). She said, “Oh! I wish had I died before this, and had I been a total forgotten.”

[19:27] Then She had come with him (Jesus) to her family carrying him. They said, “O Mary; certainly, you have brought an amazing thing (laqad ji’ti shayan fariyyan).”

[19:43] “O my father; indeed to me (Abraham), certainly, there has come to me of the knowledge (yaa’abati inni-i qad jaa-ani-i mina al-`il’mi) what does not come to you; so you shall follow me, I will guide you to an even path.

[19:89] Certainly, you (those who say God has taken a son) have brought a blasphemous thing (laqad ji’tum shayan iddan).

[20:40] When your sister walks, then she says, “Shall I direct you to whoever can nurse him?” Thus, we had returned you to your mother, that she may cool her eyes and may not grieve. And you had killed a person, then we had saved you from the distress; and we had tested you with a test. Then you had stayed for years among a people of Madyan. Then you had appeared on a decreed time, O Moses (thumma ji’ta `alaa qadarin yaa’muusaa).

[20:47] So go to him (Pharaoh) and say, “Indeed, we are (two) messengers of your Lord. So send Children of Israel with us and do not torment them. Certainly, we have come to you with a sign from your Lord (qad ji’naaka bi-aayatin min rabbika), and the peace upon whoever has followed the guidance.”

[20:57] He (Pharaoh) said, “Have you come to us to drive us out of our land with your magic, O Moses (a-ji’tanaa li’tukh’rijanaa min ardinaa bi-sih’rika yaa’muusaa)?”

[20:72] They (magicians) said, “We will not prefer you (Pharaoh) over what has come to us of the clear proofs (lan nu’thiraka `alaa maa jaa-anaa mina al-bayyinaati), and the One who has created us. So, decree whatever you are decreeing. You can only decree for this – the life of the world.

[21:55] They said, “Have you come to us with the truth (a-ji’tanaa bil-haqqi), or are you among the mockers?”

[23:27] Then we have inspired to him (Noah) that you shall build the Ark under our eyes, and our inspiration as when there has come our command and has gushed forth the fountain (wa-wah’yinaa fa-idhaa jaa-a am’runaa wa-faara al-tanuuru), then you shall put in it a pair of two from every kind, and your family except whoever has preceded the punishment upon him from them, and you are not to address Me about those who have wronged; indeed, they will be the drowned.

[23:44] Then we have sent our messengers in succession. Every time there had come to a nation its messenger, they have denied him (kulla maa jaa-a ummatan rasuuluhaa kadhabuuhu). So, we have made follow of them to other, and we have made them precedents that away are a people who do not believe.

[23:68] Do they not then study the Word (Quran), nor has there come to them what does not come to their forefathers of the past (aw jaa-ahum maa lam yati aabaa-ahumu al-awaleena)?

[23:70] Nor do they say madness in him? Nay, he had come to them with the truth (bal jaa-ahum bil-haqqi), while most of them were averse to the truth.

[23:99] Until when there has come the death to one of them (hattaa idhaa jaa-a ahadahumu al-mawtu), he has said, “My Lord, send me back.”

[24:11] Indeed, a group of you those who have come with the lie (inna alladheena jaa-uu bi-al-if’ki us’batun minkum), do not think it is bad for you, nay, it is good for you. For every person is what he has earned of the sin, while the one who has turned greater of it from them – for him there is a great punishment.

[24:13] Why not have they come with four witnesses upon it (lawlaa jaa-uu `alayhi bi-`ar’ba`ati shuhadaa-a)? Then when they cannot bring of the witnesses, then those – they are the liars with God.

[24:39] And those who have disbelieved, their deeds are like a mirage in a desert. The thirsty person thinks it water until when he has come to it (yah’sabuhu al-zamaanu maa-an hattaa idhaa jaa-ahu); he does not find it a thing, while he finds God with him that He has paid him as his reckoning. And God is swift of the reckoning.

[25:4] And said those who have disbelieved, “This (Quran) is not but a fabrication, he (Muhmmad) has invented it and other people has helped him with it.” So certainly, they have brought injustice and falsehood (faqad jaa-uu zul’man wa-zuuran).

[25:29] “Certainly, he (Satan) has misled me (disbeliever) from the reminder (Quran) after when it had come to me (laqad adallani-i `ani al-dhik’ri ba’da idh jaa-ani-i). And the Satan has been a deserter for the human being.”

[25:33] And they (disbelievers) do not bring to you (Muhammad) of any example, but we have brought to you (prophet) with the truth and a best explanation (illaa ji’naaka bi-al-haqqi wa-ah’sana taf’seeran).
Peaceful Friday, salaam and God bless.
