[2:272] It has not been on you (Muhammad) of their guidance, but God guides whomever He wills. And whatever of good you spend, then it is for yourselves, and do not spend except seeking for a pleasure of God, and whatever of good you spend will be paid back to you (wa-maa tunfiquu min khayrin yuwaffa ilaykum) and you will not be wronged.
[2:281] And you shall fear a day you will be brought back to God, then every soul will be paid what it had earned (thumma tuwaffaa kullu nafsin maa kasabat), and they will not be wronged.

[3:185] Every soul will be tasting of the death, and you will only be paid in full your reward on a day of the Resurrection (wa-innamaa tuwaffawna ujuurahum yawma al-qiyaamati). So, whoever has been pulled away from the Fire and has been admitted to the Paradise, then certainly, he has succeeded, while the life of the world is not except an enjoyment of the delusion.
[4:173] Then as for those who have believed and have done the righteous deeds, then He will pay them their rewards (fa-yuwaffihim ujuurahum), and will increase for them from His bounty. And as for those who have disdained and have been arrogant, then He will punish them a painful punishment, and they will not find for them other than God any protector, nor a helper.
[8:60] And you shall prepare for them whatever you have been able of force and of tethered horses to terrify with it God’s enemy and your enemy and others besides them you do not know them, God knows them. And whatever you spend in God’s cause from a thing will be paid back to you (wa-maa tunfiquu min shayin fee sabeeli allahi yuwaffa ilaykum), and you will not be wronged.
[11:15] Whoever has done to desire the life of the world and its adornments, we will pay to them for their deeds in it (nuwaffi ilayhim a`maalahum feehaa) and they will not be lessened in it.
[11:111] And indeed, to each when that your Lord will surely pay them for their deeds (wa-inna kullan lammaa la’yuwaffiyannahum rabbuka a`amalahum). Indeed, He is Cognizant of what they do.
[16:111] A day will come every soul will plead for itself, and every soul will be paid for what it had done (wa-tuwaffaa kullu nafsin maa `amilat) and they will not be wronged.
[24:25] That day God will pay them their recompense, the due (yawma-idhin yuwaffihimu allahu dinahumu al-haqqa) and they will know that God is the Truth, the Manifest.
[24:39] And those who have disbelieved, their deeds are like a mirage in a desert. The thirsty person thinks it water until when he has come to it; he finds it nothing, while he finds God with him that He has paid him as his reckoning (fa-waffaahu hisaabahu) . And God is swift in the reckoning
[35:30] That He will pay them their rewards (li’yuwaffiyahum ujuurahum), and will increase for them of His bounty. Indeed, He is Forgiving, Appreciative.
[39:10] Say: O My servants, those who have believed, you shall fear your Lord. For those who have done good in this world, there is good and earth of God is spacious. Only the steadfast will be paid their reward without counting (innamaa yuwaffaa al-saabiruuna aj’rahum bi-ghayri hisaabin).
[39:70] And every soul will be paid for what it had done (wa-wuffiyat kullu nafsin maa `amilat), and He is best Knower of what they do.
[46:19] And that all are in ranks for what they have done and that He will pay them for their deeds (wa-li’yuwaffiyahum a’maalahum), and they will not be wronged.

[2:40] O Children of Israel, you shall remember My favor, which I have bestowed upon you, and shall fulfill of My covenant (wa-awfuu bi-`ah’di-i), I will fulfill of your covenant, and you shall fear only Me.
[3:76] Nay, whoever has fulfilled of his pledge (balaa man awfaa bi-`ah’dihi) and has feared (God), then indeed, God loves the righteous.

And when you have testified, then you shall be just even if he has been a near relative. And with the pledge to God you shall fulfill (wa-bi-`ah’di allahi awfuu). That is for you He has enjoined on you with it so that you may reflect.
[7:85] And to Madyan their brother Shuaib. He said, “O my people, you shall worship God; there is no god for you other than Him. Certainly, there has come to you a clear proof from your Lord. So you shall fulfill the measure and the weight (fa-awfuu al-kayla wal-meezaana) and you do not deprive the people of their things, and you do not spread corruption in the earth after its reformation. That is better for you, if you have been believers.
[11:85] And O my people, you shall fulfill the measure and the weight with the justice (awfuu al-kayla wal-meezaana bil-qisti). And you do not deprive the people of their things, nor do you do evil in the earth for spreading corruption.
[12:59] And when he had provided them with their provisions, he said, “Come to me with a brother of you from your father. Do you not see that I fulfill the measure (a-laa-tarawna anni-i uufee al-kayla) and that I am a best of the hosts?
[12:88] Then when they had entered upon him, they said “O you the honorable, the adversity has touched us and our family, and we have come with goods of little value, but fulfill the measure for us (fa-awfi lanaa al-kayla) and be charitable to us. Indeed, God recompenses the charitable.”
[13:20] Those who fulfill of pledge to God (alladheena yuufuuna bi-`ah’di allahi), and they do not break the covenant.
[16:91] And you shall fulfill of pledge to God (wa-awfuu bi-`ah’di allahi) when you have pledged, and you do not break the oaths after confirmation of them; and certainly, you have made God a guarantor over you. Indeed, God knows what you do.
[17:34] And you do not touch a wealth of the orphan except for that which is best, until he reaches his maturity. And you shall fulfill of the pledge (wa-awfuu bil-`ah’di); indeed, the pledge has made to be accountable.
[17:35] And you shall fulfill the measure when have been measured (wa-awfuu al-kayla idhaa kil’tum) and shall weigh the straight with the balance. That is good and better in the end.
[22:29] Then they shall complete their obligations, and shall fulfill their vows (wal-yuufuu nudhuurahum), and shall circumambulate of the ancient shrine.
[26:181] You shall fulfill the measure (awfuu al-kayla) and do not be the cheaters.
[48:10] Indeed, those who pledge allegiance to you (prophet), they only pledge allegiance to God; God’s hand is above their hands. Then whoever breaks, he only breaks against himself. [9:111] Indeed, God has purchased from the believers their lives and their wealth with that is the Paradise for them. They fight in a path of God when they kill and they are killed. A true promise of Him in the Torah, and the Gospel, and the Quran. And whoever is more truthful to his promise than God (wa-man awfaa bi-`ah’dihi mina allahi)? So you shall rejoice in your business which you have dealt in it. And that – it is the great success.
[53:41] Then he (the human being) will be recompensed for it the recompense to the truthful (thumma yuj’zaahu al-jazaa-a al-awfaa).

There is one instance of muwaffun in the active participle form II meaning ‘who pays full‘ found in the following verse in the Quran, which is detailed below for better understand its meaning :in the context:
[11:109] So you do not be in doubt of what these people worship; they do not worship except like that their forefathers worshiped before. And indeed, we are surely to pay them full their share without being diminished (wa-innaa la’muwaffuuhum naseebuhum ghayra manquusin).

There is one instance of muufuun in the active participle form II meaning ‘who fulfills‘ found in the following verse in the Quran, which is detailed below for better understand its meaning :in the context:
[2:177] It has not been the righteousness that you have turned your faces to a direction of the east or the west, but the righteous is whoever has believed in God and the Last Day and the angels and the scripture and the prophets, and has given the wealth out of his love to the near relatives and the orphans and the needy and the wayfarer and the beggars and in freeing the slaves, and has established the salat prayer and has given the zakat; and those who fulfill of their pledge when they have made it (wal-muufuuna bi-`ah’dihim idhaa `aahaduu) and the patient during the suffering and the hardship and at time of the stress, those are the ones who have been truthful and those – they are the righteous.
Upon review of 41 instances of waffaa and its different grammatical forms found in 39 verses of 21 surahs in the Quran we may understand that God will pay full when we will be brought back to Him on a day of the Resurrection
God has warned that we do not touch a wealth of the orphan except for best and we fulfill the measure and the weight with the justice, and we fulfill the pledge when we have pledged, while every soul will be tasting death and a day of the Resurrection they will be paid in full, and on that every soul will plead for itself. Those who have disbelieved their deeds will be like a mirage in the desert being nothing, and those who have defrauded will bring with what they had defrauded on that day.
A day every soul will be paid in full for what it has earned. Thus, we will be gathered before God and He will pay for what we have earned, and they will not be wronged. Those who have believed and have done the righteous deeds He will pay them their reward in full, and have been admitted them to the Paradise, while those who have worshiped God like their forefathers before of them and those who have disdained and have been arrogant, He will punish them a painful punishment.
God has defined the righteousness and the righteous in the Quran, and we may expect from Him what He will pay every one of us on a day of the Resurrection..
