You should not evict them from their homes, nor should they leave except that they commit of a proven immorality. And if any good befalls them, they say: “This is from God,” and if any evil befalls them, they say: “This is for yourself!” Say: “All is from God.” So what is wrong to these people, they seem not to understand a statement (laa-yakaaduuna yafqahuuna hadeethan)?

[4:87] God: there is no god except He. Surely, He will gather you to a day of the Resurrection – there is no doubt in it. And who is more truthful than God’s statement (wa-man as’daqu mina allahi hadeethan)?

[4:140] And certainly, He has sent down to you in the scripture that when you have heard God’s revelations to disbelieve in them and is ridiculed with them, then you do not sit with them until they engage in discussion other than of it (hattaa yakhuuduu fee hadeethin ghayrihi); indeed, you then be like of them. Indeed, God will gather the hypocrites and the disbelievers in Hell all together.

[6:68] And when you see those who engage in our revelations, then you shall turn away from them until they engage in a statement other than it (hattaa yakhuuduu fee hadeethin ghayrihi). And if the Satan causes you to forget, then you do not sit with the wicked people after the reminder.

[7:185] Do they not look at dominion of the heavens and the earth, and what God has created of a thing and that it may have been that there would be certainly has come near their term? Then in which Hadith after of it do they believe (fa-bi-ayyi hadeethin ba’dahu yu’minuuna)?

[12:6] And thus that your Lord chooses you (Joseph) and teaches you of interpreting the statements (wa-yu`allimuka min taweeli al-ahaadeethi), and completes His favor upon you and upon Jacob’s family, as He had completed it for your two forefathers,  Abraham and Isaac before. Indeed, your Lord is Knower, Wise.

[12:21] And said the one who bought him (Joseph) from Egypt to his wife: “You shall make his stay comfortable; it has been that it will benefit us or we may take him as a son.” And thus that we have established for Joseph in the land and that we teach him of interpreting the statements (wa-linu`allimahu min taweeli al-ahaadeethi),. And God is Dominant over His matters, but most of the people do not know.

[12:101] “My Lord, certainly you have given me the dominion and have taught me of interpreting the statements (wa-`allamtanee min taweeli al-ahaadeethi); Initiator of the heavens and the earth, You are my Protector in the world and the Hereafter. You cause me to die as a Submitter and include me with the righteous.”

[12:111] Certainly, there has been a lesson in their stories for possessors of the understanding. It has not been a statement invented (maa-kaana hadeethan yuf’tara), but is a confirming that which was of its before, and is a detailing explanation of all things, and a guidance and mercy for a people who believe.

[18:6] Even that you be whoever kills yourself over their footsteps if they do not believe in this – the statement in despair (in lam yu’minuu bi-haadha al-hadeethi asafan).

[31:6] And of the people whoever accepts baseless Hadith to mislead from God’s path without knowledge (wa-mina al-naasi man yashtaree lahwa al-hadeethi liyudilla `an sabeela allahi bighayra `il’min) and takes it in ridicule. Those for them there is a humiliating punishment.

[33:53] O you who have believed, you do not enter the prophet’s homes except that invited to you for a meal, without awaiting its preparation. Indeed, that the prophet has been troubling is to shy from you while God does not shy of the truth. And when you have asked them (his wives) anything, then you shall ask them from behind a barrier. That is purer for your hearts and their hearts. And it has not been for you that you trouble God’s messenger, nor that should you marry his wives after him ever. Indeed, that – it has been with God is a gross sin.

[34:19] While they said: “Our Lord, lengthen between our journeys,” and they had wronged themselves. So, we made them stories (fa-ja`alnaahum ahaadeetha), and we scattered them all scattering. Indeed, in that there are signs for every patient, grateful.

The skins of those who fear their Lord shiver from it (Quran), then their skins and their hearts soften up to God’s message. That is God’s guidance, He guides with it (Quran) whomever He wills; and whomever God lets go astray, then there is no guide for him.

[45:6] That is of God’s revelations we recite them to you with the truth. So, in which hadith after God and His revelations do they believe (fa-bi-ayyi hadeethin ba’da allahi wa-aayaatihi yu’minuuna)?

[53:59] Is then of this – the statement do you wonder (a-fa-min haadhaa al-hadeethi ta`jabuuna)?

[56:81] Is then with this – the statement that are you indifferent (a-fa-bi-haadhaa al-hadeethi antum mud’hinuuna)?

[66:3] And when the prophet had trusted to one of his wives a statement (wa-idh asarra al-nabiyu ilaa ba`di azwaajihi hadeethan), then when she informed about it, and God had made it known to him, he made known a part of it and refrained from a part. Then when he informed her about it, she said: “Who has informed you this?” He said: “Has informed me the Knower, the Cognizant.”

[68:44] So leave Me; and whoever denies in this – the scripture (fa-dharmi-i wa-man yukadhibu bi-haadhaa al-hadeethi), we will lead them from where they do not know.

  • God had chosen Joseph and taught him the interpretation of the statements being his Protector in the world as well as in the Hereafter.
  • There has been a lesson in their stories for possessors of the understanding. It has not been a statement invented but is a confirming that which was of its before.
  • Every time has come to a community its messenger, they have denied him. So God has made them follow one after other making them lessons for the people.
