[2:62] Indeed, those who have believed, and those who have turned to Jews, and the Christians, and the Sabians – whoever has believed in God and the Last Day and has done as righteous, then for them there is reward of them with their Lord (fa-lahum aj’ruhum `inda rabbihim), and there is no fear on them, nor will they grieve.

[2:262] Those who spend their wealth in a path of God, then they do not follow what they have spent as favor nor insult, for them there is reward of them with their Lord (lahum aj’ruhum `inda rabbihim), and there is no fear for them, nor will they grieve.

[3:172] Those who responded to God and the messenger, after what had befallen them the injury – for those who have done good among them and have feared (God) there is a great reward (aj’run `azeemun).
[3:179] God has not done that He leaves the believers on what you are on it until He distinguishes the evil from the good. And God has not done that He informs you of the unseen, but God chooses of His messengers whomever He wills. So, you shall believe in God and His messengers, and if you believe and fear (God), then for you there is a great reward (wa-in tu’minuu wa-tattaquu fa-lakum aj’run `azeemun).
[3:185] Every soul will be tasting of the death, and you will only be paid in full your rewards on a day of the Resurrection (wa-innamaa tuwaffawna ujuurakum yawma al-qiyaamati). So, whoever has been pulled away from the Fire and has been admitted to the Paradise, then certainly, he has succeeded, while the life of the world is not except an enjoyment of the delusion.
[3:199] And indeed, among people of the scripture whoever surely believes in God, and what has been sent down to you and what has been sent down to them are humbles to God. They do not exchange revelations of God for a small price. Those – for them there is reward of them with their Lord (lahum aj’ruhum `inda rabbihim). Indeed, God is swift in the reckoning.
[4:24] And the married ones of the women (are made unlawful) except whom has possessed your right hands. It is a decree of God upon you. So, whoever you have chosen from them with it, then you shall give them dowries of them as an obligation (fa-aatuuhunna ujuurahunna fareedatan). So you shall marry them with permission of their family and shall give them dowries of them in the fair manner (wa-aatuuhunna ujuurahunna bil-ma`ruufi). They are being chaste not being the adulteresses, nor having secret lovers. Then when they have been married, then if they have committed of adultery, then for them is half of what is on the free chaste women of the punishment. [4:152] And those who have believed in God and His messengers, and they do not make distinction between any of them; those – He will give them rewards of them (sawfa yu’teehim ujuurahum). And God has been Forgiving, Merciful.
[4:162] But those who are well founded in the knowledge among them (from the previous scripture) and the believers believe in what has been sent down to you (Muhammad), and what has been sent down from before of you (Muhammad), and the observers of the salat prayer, and the givers of the zakat, and the believers in God and the Last Day – those, we will give them a great reward (sa-nu’teehim aj’ran `azeeman).
[4:173] Then as for those who have believed and have done the righteous deeds, then He will pay them their rewards (fa-yuwaffihim ujuurahum), and will increase for them from His bounty. And as for those who have disdained and have been arrogant, then He will punish them a painful punishment, and they will not find for them other than God any protector, nor a helper.
[5:5] Today, it has been made lawful for you the good things; and food of those who have been given the scripture is lawful for you, and your food is lawful for them, and the chaste women from the believers as well as the chaste women from those have been given the scripture from before of you, when you have given them dowries of them (idhaa aataytumuuhunna ujuurahunna), being chaste, not being lewd, nor being the ones taking secret lovers. And whoever denies in the faith, then certainly, he has wasted his deeds and he will be with the losers in the Hereafter.
[5:9] God has promised those who have believed and have done the righteous deeds, for them is forgiveness and a great reward (lahum maghfiratun wa-aj’run `azeemun).
[6:90] Those (18 prophets mentioned before by name) were whom God has guided; so, of their guidance you (Muhammad) shall follow. Say, “I (Muhammad) do not ask you any reward for it (laa-as’alukum `alayhi aj’ran). It is not but a reminder for the people of the world.”

[9:120] It has not been for the people of the city and whoever is around of them of the Arabs that they remain behind after a messenger of God, and they do not prefer of their lives to his life. That is of that neither thirst nor fatigue or hunger afflicts them in a way of God, nor do they take any step that angers the disbelievers, nor do they inflict any infliction on an enemy, except (what) has been decreed for them with it a deed as righteous. Indeed, God does not fail to give a reward of the good-doers (inna allaha laa-yudee`u al-muh’sineena).
[10:72] So if you have turned away, then I (Muhammad) have not asked you any reward (fa-maa sa-altukum min aj’rin). My reward is not except on God (in aj’riya illaa `alaa allahi), and I have been commanded that I would be with the submitters.”

[12:56] And thus that we had established Yusuf in the earth to settle in it wherever he willed. We bestow our mercy upon whomever we will, and we do not fail to give a reward of the good-doers (wa-laa-nudee`u aj’ra al-muh’sineena).
[12:57] And that a reward of the Hereafter is better (wa-la-aj’ru al-aakhirati khayrun) for those who have believed and have done to fear (God).
[12:90] They said, “Are you indeed, surely you, Yusuf?” He said, “I am Yusuf, and this is my brother. Indeed, God has been gracious upon us. Indeed he, whoever fears God and is patient; then indeed, God does not fail to give a reward of the good-doers (innahu man yattaqi wa-yasbir fa-inna allaha laa-yudee`u aj’ra al-muh’sineena).”

[17:9] Indeed this, the Quran guides to that which is exact straight and gives a good news to the believers those who do the righteous deeds that for them there is a great reward (anna lahum aj’ran kabeeran).
[18:2] It (scripture) is straight to warn a severe punishment from Him and to give a good news to the believers those who do the righteous deeds that for them there is a good reward (anna lahum aj’ran hasanan).
[18:30] Indeed, those who have believed and have done the righteous deeds; indeed, we do not fail to give a reward whoever has done good deed (innaa laa-nudee`u aj’ra man ah’sana `amalan).
[18:77] Then they had proceeded until when they reached a people of town. They had asked food from its people but they refused to offer them. [25:57] Say, “I (Muhammad) do not ask you for it (Quran) any reward (maa as’alukum `alayhi min aj’rin) except whoever has willed that he would accept a path to his Lord.”
From the messages in the above verses, even considering the meanings of ajr in different contexts to be reward, recompense and payment, we may reflect that whoever has believed in God and the Last Day, and has done the righteous deeds, and those who spend their wealth in the path of God, establish the salat prayer and pay the zakat, and those who hold fast to the scripture and establish the salat prayer, and the believers those who marry the chaste women from the believers and the chaste women from those who have been given the scripture before when they pay dowry to them in a fair manner, for them there is forgiveness and a great reward from their Lord, whether they are male or female, and no messenger ask for any reward from their people, expecting their rewards from their Lord.
Those who are well founded in knowledge and the believers believe in what has been sent down to us and what has been sent down before of us, and the Quran guides to an exact straight and gives a good news to the believers those who do the righteous deeds that for them there is a great reward, while the scripture is straight to warn a severe punishment for the disbelievers and to give a good news to the believers who do the righteous deeds that for them there is a great reward.
The final reward is the Paradise to abide therein forever with an honorable provision, underneath of it the rivers will flow, and that every soul will taste the death when we will be paid our rewards in full on a day of the Resurrection, while God does not fail to give a reward to the good-doers and will not wrong a weight of atom and .gives a great reward from His end
Peaceful Friday, salaam and God bless.
