God Himself has placed the Quran all at one in prophet’s soul (53:4-18) in the month of Ramadan (2:185) in a special night (97:1-3) in 13 B.H ( 609 A.D), while He has released it from his soul into his heart (memory) mediated by the Gabriel and the angels over a time period of 23 years (609-632 A.D) to recite it to people. When the Quran was released into prophet’s heart piece by piece he also wrote it down and many of his associates memorized it and helped him to write it down. Thus, when the prophet died, he left the complete Quran written down with his own hand but in chronological order of revelation along with specific instructions as to where to place every verse and surah. However, He unveiled the Quran’s mathematical coding in 1974 through His messenger upon fulfillment of His covenant from His prophets as well as the related promise and prophesies in the Quran (3:81, 33:7, 15:9, 27:82 and 74:30) to address the infiltration of corruptions and misconceptions into practices of Islam over the period of time. Thus, the Quran and its mathematical coding are two distinct divine messages destined to reveal for two different guidance periods as a reminder for its people to guide to the right direction.
Gradual revelation of Quran at a glance
There are 13 verses across 7 suras, which are directly connected with the mediation of the Gabriel to pass the Quran piece by piece that the prophet read to the people. If the relevant sura and verse numbers are added, the total is a multiple of 19 => 1653 = 19x87 (details are shown in the table below):
The holy and honest Spirit (Gabriel) brought it down piece by piece from God and passed it to the Prophet while the honest Prophet read it to the people over a period of about 23 years from 609 to 632 to complete the delivery of the whole Quran as reflected in the following verses of the Quran to understand the process of gradual revealing of the Quran:
[2:97] Say, “Whoever is an enemy to Gabriel, then indeed, he has brought it (Quran) down into your heart by God’s permission confirming what was before it, and is guidance and good news for the believers.”
Note: The Gabriel was an integral part of the process of revealing the Quran required for passing it piece by piece to the prophet so as to read it to the people over a period of time.
[16:2] He sends down the angels with the Spirit (Gabriel) of His commands, to whomever He chooses from among His servants that you shall warn that there is no other god beside I. So, you shall fear Me.
[16:102] The Holy Spirit (Gabriel) has brought it (Quran) down from your Lord with the truth to strengthen those who believe, and is a guidance and good news for the submitters.
[17:85] And they ask you (Muhammad) about the Spirit (Gabriel). Say, “The Spirit (Gabriel) comes by the command of my Lord, and the knowledge you are given is but very little.”
Note: The angels and the Gabriel were integral part of the process of revealing the Quran required for passing it piece by piece to the prophet so as to read it to the people over a period of time.
[22:52] And we have not sent before yourself (Muhammad) any messenger nor a prophet except that when he recited, the Satan had cast in his recitation while God abolishes what the Satan cast. Then God establishes His revelations, and God is Knower, Wise.
Note: From the historical view the Gabriel was confirmed to be an integral part of the process of revealing the Quran required for passing it piece by piece to the prophet so as to read it to the people, even to maintain the purity of the Quran.
[26:192] And indeed, it (Quran) is a revelation from the Lord of the universe.
[26:193] The Honest Spirit (Gabriel) came down with it (Quran).
[26:194] Into your (Muhammad) heart that you may be one of the warners.
[26:195] In a clear Arabic tongue.
[26:196] And it (Quran) is certainly, mentioned in the scriptures of the previous people.
Note: An Arabic Quran is a revelation from the Lord of the universe and the Gabriel came down with it, which was also mentioned in the scripture of the previous people.
[17:106] And a Quran that we have divided into parts that you may read it to the people over a period of time; and we have sent it down gradually.
[25:32] And said those who disbelieved, “Why has not been revealed the Quran to him all at once?” Thus, that we may strengthen your heart with it, and we have recited it gradual recitation.
[76:23] Indeed, we have revealed to you (Muhammad) the Quran gradually.
Note: The gradual process of revealing the Quran piece by piece that took over the period of time, even the whole was inspired to his soul all at once, which was not known to the disbelievers.
Quran is a reminder for humanity
There are 31 instances of dhik’r in the Quran in the masculine noun form meaning “reminder” that refer to the scripture/message given to different prophets and messengers while the following 17 instances found in 16 verses across 12 suras exclusively refer to the Quran as a reminder as well as a reminder for the people of the world:
[3:58] That is what we recite to you (prophet) of the revelations, and the reminder (al-dhikri), the wise.
Note: What is recited to the prophet is the Quran, and both the reminder and the wise are attributes of Quran. We should not have any difficulty now to properly reflect to the attribute of the Quran to be the wise when we see the software code handles jobs intelligently.
[12:104] And you do not ask them for any reward for it; it is but a reminder (dhik’run) for the world.
Note: Quran does not support any business with the religion or centering it, but is a reminder for the world.
[15:9] Indeed, we have sent down the reminder (al-dhik’ra), and indeed, we will certainly be protectors of it.
Note: God has so efficiently designed the reminder (Quran) that it will continue to be a pure Quran without missing any piece of information to guide humanity at all eras and societies until the end of the world even in the event of any attempt of distortion of it. We know now that Quran’s built-in mathematical system is guarding it against even any minor changes of it.
[20:99] Thus, we narrate to you of the news what preceded. And certainly, we have given you a reminder (dhik’ran) from us.
Note: The best history has been included in the reminder so that we can learn from it how to do the righteous deeds.
[21:24] Or have they taken gods other than He? Say: “Bring your proof. This is a reminder (dhik’ru) for whoever is with myself and a reminder (dhik’rin) for whoever was before myself.” But their majority do not know the truth, so they are averse.
Note: Most people do not accept the truth when it comes to them.
[21:50] And this is a blessed reminder (dhik’run) we sent it down. Are you then the deniers of it?
Note: Quran is a blessed reminder and we must accept its teachings for our own benefits.
[36:11] You (Muhammad) can only warn whoever has followed the reminder (al-dhik’ra), and has feared the Most Gracious in the unseen. So you shall give him good news of forgiveness and an honorable reward.
Note: if anyone who wants to be guided must follow the reminder reverencing the Most Gracious.
[36:69] And we have not taught him the poetry, nor is it befitting for him. This is not but a reminder (dhik’run) and a clear Quran.
Note: what were taught the prophet (Muhammad) was the reminder and a comprehensible Quran. When anyone says that Quran is difficult to understand means he is a disbeliever of Quran and is prevented from understanding it.
[38:49] This is a reminder (dhik’run), and certainty for the righteous, surely there is a good place of return.
Note: there is certainty in the reminder for a wonderful abode if it is believed and followed.
[38:87] This is not but a reminder (dhik’run) for the worlds.
Note: Quran is the reminder for the world
[41:41] Indeed, those who disbelieved in the reminder (bil-dhik’ri) when it had come to them, and indeed, it is surely a mighty book.
Note: God has made the reminder as powerful as to control His religion, and any reminder that has been sent before this reminder (Quran) has done the same.
[43:44] And this is, indeed a reminder (la-dhik’run) for you and for your people; and soon you will be questioned.
Note: people will be judged on the Day of Judgment based on laws in the reminder given to them. Thus, there should not be any confusion that the reminder sent to the respective guidance period controls God’s religion.
[53:29] So you (Muhammad) shall turn away from whoever has turned away from our reminder (dhik’rinaa), and he does not desire except the life of the world.
Note: God has reminded us not to associate with those who turn away from His reminder, even the sum of digits of sura and verse number # is 19, while 19 is a code of Quran’s mathematical coding.
[68:52] And this is not but a reminder (dhik’run) for the worlds.
Note: Quran is the reminder for the world.
[81:27] This is not but a reminder (dhik’run) for the worlds.
Note: Quran is the reminder for the world and this statement has been repeated 4 times as also found in 3 other verses in the Quran.
Quran’s mathematical coding is a reminder for the human race
There are 23 instances of dhik’raa in the Quran in the feminine noun form that refer to particular pieces of information in the Quran as a reminder being special because of femininity while at least 6 instances of it found in 6 verses across 6 suras refer to pieces of information, which is a direct or indirect hint of mathematical coding of Quran as a reminder for the human race:
[6:90] Those (previous prophets) whom God has guided; so, you (Muhammad) shall follow of their guidance. Say, “I do not ask you any reward for it. This is not but a reminder (dhik’raa) for the worlds.”
Note: The guidance that the previous prophets received from God should serve as an example for Muhammad to be included with them while Quran what is revealed to him is not only a reminder for the worlds, but in it there is a piece information, which is also a reminder for the worlds.
[7:2] A scripture has been revealed to you (Muhammad); so, it may not be a discomfort in your heart from it that you may warn with it, and is a reminder (dhik’raa) for the believers.
Note: You shall warn with the scripture revealed to you (Muhammad) wherein there is a piece of information, which is a reminder for the believers as well.
[11:120] And each we narrate to you (Muhammad) the story of the messengers that we may strengthen your heart with it. The truth has come to you in it as well as a warning (maw’izatun) and a reminder (dhik’raa) for the believers.
Note: What has been revealed to Muhammad is the truth wherein there is a warning and a reminder for the believers.
[29:51] Is it not enough for them that we have revealed to you (Muhammad) the book, is recited to them? Indeed, in that there is certainly a mercy and a reminder (dhik’raa) for a people who believe.
Note: In the book that is being recited to them, there is a mercy and a reminder for a people who believe is a direct hint of Quran’s mathematical coding being Quran itself a sign to support the prophet.
[44:13] How can be the reminder (al-dhik’raa) for them when an enlightened messenger had come to them?
Note: There is a direct hint in this statement that a messenger came to them with a message of Quran’s mathematical coding as a reminder but most of them were heedless to the reminder.
[74:31] And we have not made guardians of the Fire except angels, and we have not made their number except a warning for those who disbelieved, that it may ascertain those who have been given the scripture (Jews and Christians) and may increase faith of those who have believed (Muslims), and may not doubt those who have been given the scripture (Jews and Christians) and the believers (Muslims). And that may say those in their hearts there is a disease (hypocrites) and the disbelievers, “What has God meant by this allegory?” Thus, God misguides whomever He wills and He guides whomever He wills. And none knows your Lord’s soldiers except He. And it (hiya) is not except a reminder (dhik’raa) for the human race.
Note: This verse is a direct reference of mathematical coding of Quran being linked to the number 19mentioned in the verse of its before (74:30) – ‘over it is nineteen’ linked with prophecies and message.
Messenger and Quran’s mathematical coding
In Surah 74 (Al-Muddaththir – The Hidden one), there are two sets of verses: one set consists of 19 verses that describe the prophesied messenger and the other set consists of 8 verses that describe the message given to the messenger, and if the relevant sura and verse numbers are added, the total is a multiple of 19 =>722 = 19x38 (details are shown in the table below):
Note: This is an explicit proof to eliminate any doubt about the advent of the messenger with the message of mathematical coding of Quran being supported by the sign 19, which is also a common denominator of mathematical analysis of the Quran.
God has given the details of the prophesied messenger including his efforts, accomplishments, mistakes and intellectual punishment as found in the following verses:
- Leave Me and whom I have created as individual (74:11). And I granted to him abundant wealth (74:12). And children to witness (74:13). I have made easy for him (74:14). But he expects that I should give him more (74:15). No, he has been stubborn to our signs (74:16). I will punish him (74:17). Indeed, he has thought and planned (74:18). So woe to him what he has planned (74:19). So woe to him what he has planned (74:20). He has looked (74:21). He has frowned and scowled (74:22). Then he has turned back and become arrogant (74:23). He said, “This is not but a magic is imitated! (74:24). This is not but a word of the human.” (74:25). I will cast him into Saqar (74:26). Have you known what Saqar is! (74:27). It does not let to stay nor does it let to leave (74:28). Obvious to all the people (74:29).
God has also detailed out the precise message for His messenger including 19, a sign to support him and a reminder being great followed by God’s oath and being a reminder a warning for the human race:
- Over it is nineteen (74:30). And we have not made guardians of the Fire except angels, and we have not made their number except a warning for those who disbelieved, that it may ascertain those who have been given the scripture (Jews and Christians) and may increase faith of those who have believed (Muslims), and may not doubt those who have been given the scripture (Jews and Christians) and the believers (Muslims). And that may say those in their hearts there is a disease (hypocrites) and the disbelievers, “What has God meant by this allegory?” Thus, God misguides whomever He wills and He guides whomever He wills. And none knows your Lord’s soldiers except He. And it is not except a reminder for the human race (74:31). Nay, (I swear) by the moon (74:32). And the night when it departs (74:33). And the morning when it brightens (74:34). Indeed, it is undoubtedly one of the great (signs) (74:35). A warning to the human race (74:36). For whoever among you has willed to advance, or to stay behind (74:37).
Note: This is an explicit proof of the details of the message, Quran’s mathematical coding has been unveiled through the messenger of covenant as a reminder and warning for the human race whether to advance or to stay behind.
Conclusion
Ramadan is a month of blessing for us for sending down the Quran all at once, which was also sent down piece by piece over a time period of 23 years so that the prophet can read it to the people accurately being it from his soul to his heart (memory). Thus, God has not only clarified every matter of wisdom in it but He has also established processes to deliver and to exist the pure Quran until the end of the world as He has been aware of distortions of His revelations (41:40-42). He has made it a powerful book assigning it many attributes while if we can reflect to guidance, the statue book and reminder that may give us insight to understand His religion to do it right way perfecting our beliefs and practices following it being it only source of our knowledge. When we are lost being diverted ourselves from it by the Satan and its allies, His gift and guidance are in place that we can turn back to it even with explicit evidences befitting with the age we are living now. Those who ignore God’s gift and guidance, their return to the worst place in the Hereafter what they have confirmed with their own hands. However, God has blessed us with the Quran in the month of Ramadan as our guidance and has commanded us to fast in the entire month to appreciate Him for giving us the guidance and to glorify Him with it. Thus, this Ramadan may be a real blessing for us if it is a reminder for our turning point to God to save our souls when we are experiencing a disaster like a disaster of Aad and Thamud that God has warned us in the Quran when we have turned away from Him (41:13).
Peaceful Friday, salaam and God bless.
Tafazzal (5/1/2020).
