There are 316 instances in the Quran rooted from hadaa, which can broadly be classified into 8 different groups based on their grammatical forms as shown in the table below. These instances have meanings based on their grammatical forms while an Arabic word may have different meanings in different contexts as well:

However, out of 144 instances of hadaa in the verb form I in the Quran meaning to guide, 47 instances found in 42 verses across 7 surahs are already reviewed. Now 48 instances found in 41 verses across 15 surahs are reviewed below:
[9:19] Have you made watering to the pilgrims and taking care of the Sacred Masjid like whoever has believed in God, and the Last Day, and has strived in God’s path? They do not equal with God, and God does not guide (wa-allahu laa-yah’dee) the people of the wrongdoers.
[9:24] Say, “If it has been your fathers, and your sons, and your brothers, and your spouses, and your relatives, and wealth you have earned it, and the commerce you fear a decline of it, and homes you delight them are more beloved to you than God, and His messenger, and striving in His path, then you shall wait until God brings of His command.” And God does not guide (wa-allahu laa-yah’dee) the people of the disobedient.
[9:37] The postponement is only an increase in the disbelief is led astray by it of those who have disbelieved. They make it lawful one year and make it unlawful one year to adjust a number, what God has made unlawful, thus making lawful what God has made unlawful. It is made fair-seeming to them evil of their deeds, while God does not guide (wa-allahu laa-yah’dee) the people of the disbelievers.
[9:80] Whether you (prophet) ask forgiveness for them, or you do not ask forgiveness for them, if you ask forgiveness for them seventy times, then God will not forgive for them. That is of that they have disbelieved in God and His messenger, and God does not guide (wa-allahu laa-yah’dee) the people of the disobedient.
[9:109] Is then he whoever has founded his building on righteousness of God and pleasure better, or the one whoever has founded his building on an edge of cliff about to collapse that it has collapsed with him in fire of Hell? And God does not guide (wa-allahu laa-yah’dee) the people of the wrongdoers.
[9:115] And it has not been for God that He sends astray a people, after when He has guided them (ba`da idh hadaakum), until He makes clear to them what they should fear. Indeed, God is Knower of everything.
[10:9] Indeed, those who have believed and have done the righteous deeds, their Lord guides them (yah’deehim rabbuhum) by their faith to gardens of the Bliss flowing the rivers of their underneath.
[10:25] And God calls to an abode of the Peace, and guides (wa-yah’dee) whomever He wills to a straight path.
[10:35] Say, “Is there any of your partners who can guide (man yah’dee) to the truth?” Say, “God guides (allahu yah’dee) to the truth. Is then He whoever guides (a-fa-man yah’dee) to the truth more worthy that He should be followed, or he whoever may not be guided, except that he is guided (illaa an yah’daa)? Then what is for you how do you judge?”
[10:43] And of them whoever looks at you, while can you guide (a-fa-anta tah’dee) the blind, even though they have not been to see?
[12:52] That he may know that I do not betray him in the absence, and that God does not guide (allaha yah’dee) a plan of the betrayers.
[13:27] And say those who have disbelieved, “Why has not been sent down a miracle to him (prophet) from his Lord?” Say, “Indeed, God lets go astray whomever He wills, and He guides to Himself (wa-yah’dee ilayhi) whoever has turned.”
[13:31] And if that there had been a Quran, the mountains would have been moved by it, or the earth would have been cloven asunder by it, or the dead would have been made to speak by it. Nay, to God is all the matter. Does it then not know those who have believed that if God had willed, surely, He would have guided (la’hadaa) all the people? And it will not cease those who have disbelieved to strike them a disaster for what they have done, or it settles close to their homes, until God’s promise comes. Indeed, God does not break the promise.
[14:4] And we have not sent any messenger except with a language of his people that he may make clear for them. Then God lets go astray whomever He wills, and He guides (wa-yah’dee) whomever He wills, and He is the Almighty, the Wise.
[14:12] What is for us except that we should put trust upon God, while certainly, He has guided us (wa-Qad hadaanaa) our ways? And surely, we will have patience on what you have made harm to us. And upon God should put trust those who put trust.
[14:21] And they have come to God all together, the common people have said to those who have been arrogant, “Indeed, we have been followers for you. So can you be the preventers from us God’s punishment of anything?” They have said, “If God had guided us (law hadaanaa allahu), surely, we would have guided you (la’hadaynaakum). It is same upon us whether we have been impatient or have been patient, there is no place of escaping for us.”
[16:9] And upon God is a direction of the path, and among them there are crooked. And if He had willed, surely, He would have guided you (la’hadaakum) all.
[16:36] And certainly, we have raised messenger in every community that you shall worship God, and shall avoid the false deities.” Then of them there is whomever God has guided (hadaa allahu), and of them there is whoever has justified the straying upon him. So you shall travel in the earth, then you shall see how has been an end of the deniers.
[16:37] If you (prophet) desire for guidance of them, then indeed, God does not guide (allaha laa-yah’dee) whomever He lets go astray, nor are there any helpers for them.
[16:93] And if God had willed, surely, He could have made you one congregation, but He lets go astray whomever He wills, and He guides (wa-yah’dee) whomever He wills. And surely, you will be asked about what you have done to accomplish.
[16:104] Indeed, those who do not believe in God’s revelations, God does not guide them (laa-yah’deehimu allahu), and for them there is a painful punishment.
[16:107] That is of that they have preferred the life of the world over the Hereafter, and that God does not guide (allaha laa-yah’dee) the people of the disbelievers.
[16:121] He (Abraham) has been thankful for His favors. He (God) has chosen him and has guided him (wa-hadaahu) to a straight path.
[17:9] Indeed this, the Quran guides (al-qur’aana yah’dee) to that which is exact straight and gives good news to the believers who do the righteous deeds that for them there is a great reward.
[17:97] And whomever God guides (yah’dee allahu), then he is the guided one and whomever He lets go astray, you will not find for them any protectors other than Him. And we will gather them on a day of the Resurrection on their faces blind, and dumb, and deaf. Their abode is Hell, every time it has subsided, we will increase for them the fire.
[18:17] And you may see the sun when it has risen inclining away from their cave to the right, and when it has set passing away from them to the left, while they are in the open space from it. That is of God’s signs. Whomever God guides (yah’di allahu), then he is the guided one, and whomever He lets go astray, then you will not find for him a protector nor a guide.
[18:24] Except if God wills. “And you shall remember your Lord when you have forgot, and say, “It may have been that my Lord will guide me (yah’diyani rabbi-i) to the right path to a nearer than this.”
[19:43] “O my father; indeed to me (Abraham), certainly there has come to me of the knowledge what does not come to you; so you shall follow me, I will guide you (ah’dika) to an even path.
[19:58] Those are whom God has bestowed favor upon them of the prophets from descendants of Adam, and of whoever we had carried with Noah, and from descendants of Abraham and Israel, and of whoever we had guided (hadaynaa) and had chosen. When was recited to them revelations of the Gracious, they had fallen as prostrators and in weeping.
[20:50] He (Moses) said, “Our Lord is One Who has given everything of its form, then He has guided (thumma hadaa).”
[20:79] And Pharaoh had misled his people, and he had not guided (them) (wa-maa hadaa).
[20:122] Then his (Adam) Lord had chosen him, so He turned to him and guided (him) (wa-hadaa).
[20:128] Does it not then guide (a-fa-lam yah’di) to them how many of the generations we have destroyed before of them, they walk in their dwelling places? Indeed, in that surely, there are signs for possessors of the intelligence.
[21:73] And we had made them (Isaac and Jacob given as gift to Abraham) leaders, they had guided (yah’duuna) with our commandments, and we had inspired to them doing of the good deeds, and of establishing the salat prayer and of giving the alms, and they had been worshipers of us.
[22:4] It has been decreed upon him that he whoever has allied him (devil), then indeed, he will mislead him and will guide him (wa-yah’deehi) to a punishment of the Blazing fire.
[22:16] And thus that we have sent down it (Quran) as clear verses, and that God guides (allaha yah’dee) whomever He intends.
[22:24] And they have been guided (wa-huduu) to the good of the word, and they have been guided (wa-huduu) to a path of the Praiseworthy.
[22:37] Neither their meat, nor their blood reaches God, but there reaches Him is the righteousness from you. Thus that He has subjected them for you, that you may glorify God through which He has guided you (`alaa maa hadaakum) and shall give good news to the good-doers.
[24:35] God is a light of the heavens and the earth. An allegory of His light is like a concave mirror within it is a lamp. The lamp is in a glass. The glass as if it is a bright star, is lit from a blessed oil producing tree, is neither eastern nor western. Its oil would glow even if fire does not touch it. Light upon light. God guides (yah’dee allahu) to His light whomever He wills. And God cites the parables for the people and God is Knower of everything.
[24:46] Certainly, we have sent down clear verses, and God guides (wa-allahu yah’dee) whomever He wills to a straight path.
[27:63] Or Who guides you (amman yah’deekum) in darknesses of the land and the sea, and Who sends the winds with good news out of His mercy? Is there any god with God? God has exalted Himself above what they associate.
In brief, whomever God guides, is the guided one, while He guides whomever He wills to a straight path, and to a path of Praiseworthy. He has sent down clear verses to glorify Him through which He has guided us. God is a light of the heavens and the earth and guides to His light whomever He wills.
